Onement works may reference ancestral, symbolic, or spiritual themes. These expressions are artistic and personal. They do not replace medical, psychological, or religious guidance. Experiences and interpretations vary. No outcomes are promised.

 

 

 

2. Intellectual Property

All artworks, imagery, text, branding, and visual materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Onement and its founder. Purchase of artwork grants ownership of the physical piece only. Copyright, reproduction, and commercial rights remain with the artist. No reproduction, resale, or public display is permitted without written consent. Unauthorized use of any Onement content is strictly prohibited.

3. Private Collector Access

All artworks are offered through private links, custom invoices, or restricted checkout portals.

• Expire at Onement’s discretion

4. Prices, Orders & Payments

​All artwork prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise noted, and include applicable taxes and standard international shipping unless specified differently at checkout. Collectors are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by the destination country. Because each piece is one-of-one, final pricing is provided privately upon inquiry. Payments are processed securely through trusted third‑party provider Stripe, and you will be charged the amount displayed on the Website at the time you confirm your order by selecting “Pay now.” Artwork availability is not guaranteed until full payment has been received, which is required before any artwork is shipped or released. Onement may correct errors or inaccuracies on the Website and reserves the right to cancel orders affected by such issues. Onement also retains the discretion to accept or decline purchase requests and to adjust pricing or availability on the Website at any time without prior notice.

5. No Refunds & Final Sale Policy

Due to the one-of-one nature of the work, all purchases are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are offered except in cases of verified shipping damage. Claim is submitted within 96 hours. Evidence is provided. A replacement may be created where possible. Because each artwork is created using candle flame and smoke that produces marks which cannot be replicated exactly, any recreated work will not be identical to the original. Refunds exclude shipping unless legally required. Collectors are encouraged to review all provided images, details, and descriptions before confirming purchase.

6. Limitation of Liability

Onement is not liable for indirect, emotional, financial, or incidental losses related to site use or artwork acquisition. Use of this site is at your own discretion.

7. Artwork Authenticity & Certification​

 

 

All original artworks purchased through Onement are authentic, hand-created works. Where applicable, artworks may be accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity. Reproductions, if offered, will be clearly identified.

Onement reserves the right to document, archive, and publicly display acquired works for portfolio, exhibition, and promotional purposes.

8. Shipping, Delivery & Risk

Onement ships via insured, tracked carriers. International shipments may be subject to customs fees. Collectors are responsible for import duties. Orders are prepared within 2-10 business days, unless otherwise stated. Private commissions may require additional time.​​​​ Once shipped, ownership and risk transfer to the collector. Onement is not responsible for delays or customs processing.​​​​

Damage must be reported within 96 hours of delivery with photos. Claims outside this window may not be accepted.

9. Commissions & Custom Works (If Applicable)

If Onement offers commissioned or custom works:

 

• A non-refundable deposit is required

• Creative direction remains with the artist

• Minor revisions may be considered at discretion

• Completed commissions are non-refundable

We reserve full artistic autonomy over commissioned works.

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of British Columbia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
